Pues no, Marta, no puedo ayudarte. La palabra Prok en inglés no existe, sólo como acrónimo y no es nada siquiera remotamente relacionado con caballos.
En holandés creo que tampoco, aunque igual es un término muy específico... A ver si viene Nicky y nos lo aclara.

No se exactamente que quieren decir las letras. Pero sí puedo decirte que ster es una categoría que alcanzan y el P.R.O.K. es un certificado.
